Product Introduction
The elastic three-dimensional filler selects several high-quality varieties of polyolefin and polyamide that are corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and aging-resistant. Mixed with additives such as hydrophilicity, adsorption, and heat-oxygen resistance, it uses a special wire drawing and filament fluffing process to interweave and fix the filaments onto a corrosion-resistant, high-strength central rope. Due to the excellent material selection and process formulation, the filaments are arranged in a three-dimensional, uniform radial pattern, forming a suspended three-dimensional elastic filler unit. Within the effective area, the filler can fully expand in all directions, allowing gas, water, and biofilm to mix, penetrate, and exchange thoroughly. The biofilm can not only uniformly attach to each filament, maintaining good activity and variable porosity, but also achieve an increasingly large specific surface area during operation while facilitating effective metabolism. This characteristic and phenomenon are currently unmatched by other domestic fillers.

Compared to rigid honeycomb fillers, the three-dimensional elastic filler offers greater porosity variability and is not prone to clogging. Compared to soft fillers, it has a longer material lifespan and does not adhere or clump.
